We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in relation to ipro.lv and our communications (the “Service”).

1. Information we process

We obtain information when you browse, submit the contact form, or subscribe to the newsletter.
– Contact form: name, company, role, email, phone, message.
– Newsletter: email and consent status.
– Browsing: device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie consent status.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data.

2. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to:
– respond to inquiries;
– send newsletters (with your consent);
– operate, secure and improve the website and measure its use;
– carry out advertising/conversion measurement (with consent);
– comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Legal grounds

Depending on context, we rely on:
Contract / pre‑contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests (balanced against your rights) and consent (for newsletters and non‑essential cookies/ads). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Cookiebot for consent management. Non‑essential cookies are set only after consent, which you can manage via Cookie Settings links in the footer.
We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics (with consent). Cookie names and lifetimes are displayed in the Cookiebot declaration.

5. Sharing personal data

We work with trusted recipients:
– Cookiebot;
– Google;
– IT maintenance and legal/accounting advisors where needed.
Processors act under contracts (DPAs) and receive only the minimum data necessary.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed:
– contact form communications – up to 12 months after last interaction unless cooperation follows;
– newsletter records – until unsubscribe + 24 months (suppression records);
– server logs – 30–90 days;
– GA4 – up to 14 months (aggregated);
– contractual/accounting records –as required by law.
Afterwards, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS/TLS, access controls and least privilege, strong authentication (MFA where applicable), backups, vendor due diligence and DPAs, and incident response procedures.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object (including to processing based on legitimate interests) and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Before responding, we may verify your identity.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Please review it periodically.
